We will start by establishing a common vocabulary. We will learn universal techniques and templates for communicating clearly and effectively. As we build these skills, we will gradually adapt them to your organization - making this part and what follows tailor-made. Lastly, we will practice using different scenarios related to the participants' fields of responsibility and activity.

Modular structure: weekly or bimonthly lessons lasting one hour and a half to two hours over time. Alternatively, you can schedule workshops for other time slots convenient for you. For example, a full-day workshop, a company event lasting several days, several evening sessions, etc.
